With our philosophy of directly relating our gym based S&C to on-field performance we wanted to also offer pitch based sessions so we can really show how what we’re doing in the gym is improving your on-field performance. These sessions focus on speed, agility, running mechanics, conditioning and technical ability. We believe it’s important to train the technical ability of the player along side the physical ability of speed and agility which we combine together in our sessions. We use science backed and evidence based training protocols to improve all of the above plus adding the technical element to relate it even more back to the game.
