Elite 1 on 1 and small group s&c training
Take your game to the next level with our elite individualised strength and conditioning programs. Every athlete receives a full movement screen and performance testing to enable us to develop a completely individualised program that assesses any weaknesses and builds on all strengths. We create strong, robust and resilient athletes that are strong, powerful and fast on the pitch. We believe that what we do in the gym must directly relate to the demands of the game and therefore must directly enhance the players performance on the football pitch. Strength and conditioning is an often over-looked aspect of an athletes training but it is an essential part of their training to not only improve their performance but also to keep up with the demands of the modern game and is the key to preventing injury.
Home or gym based S&C (60mins)
We wanted to provide options for our athletes as we realise in a busy athlete’s life it’s not always possible to get to a gym. We have 3 options for our off-field S&C:
We come to you at home - we have the ability to be completely mobile and bring all equipment we need for the session with us. All you need to do is provide us a space to do it in.
We come to your gym - If you are a member of a gym already we can arrange with the gym to complete sessions with you there.
You come to our gym - we have a great relationship with several different gyms and have the ability to hire out either the entire gym or co-work within the gym during off-peak hours. We tend to use this option for larger groups but can be done for 1 on 1 and small group training.
