Strength and conditioning training is a must for every athlete. To bullet proof you from injury, make you faster, more powerful we must make you strong and that starts in the gym. We offer elite S&C training either at your home or in a gym. With our at home training we come to you with everything we need to train you with. No worrying about gym fee’s or peak times. If you’re more comfortable in a gym we’re happy to come to you and your gym. We also have a great relationship with some gyms that are happy to accomodate larger training groups (6+) that we can use.

Elite Pitch Based Training

We strongly believe that the work an athlete does in the gym needs to directly relate to and improve their performance on the pitch. This is why we also offer pitch based sessions which compliment what we do in the gym. We will work specifically on speed, agility, acceleration and deceleration. We also introduce a technical element into this training with the ball specifically working on first touch, finishing, passing and movement with and without the ball. Players will wear GPS units to monitor loading and any red flags for potential injuries.

Do you want the best from your team physically? We will equip your players with GPS units for use in training and games and from this data we will monitor training and game load. From this we will work with coaches to develop training sessions that will allow their players to adequately prepare themselves for the demands of the game without overtraining them. Each player also receives a personalised strength and conditioning program to develop strength, power and prevent injury.
