Cancellation Policy

We know sickness, injuries and life in general happens but to ensure business sustainability we have a strict cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellation within 24 or 48hrs of a booked session and that session rescheduled within 7 days - no charge.

Cancellation within 48hrs of booked session without session rescheduled for within 7 days - 50% of session fee to be charged.

Cancellation within 24hrs of booked session without session rescheduled for within 7 days - 100% of session fee to be charged.

If you have paid in advance the appropriate amount will be deducted from your balance.

If we cancel the session - no charge.

We will do everything we can to reschedule within the same week but please be aware spaces are limited when our schedule is near full.
